Morphologic Description:

    Otolith shape: oblong;
    Thickness: thick;
    Form: -Mesial convex;
    Form: -Lateral flat;
    Dorsal margin: flattened or emarginate;
    Dorsal margin sculpture: irregular;
    Ventral margin: gently rounded and irregular;
    Posterior margin: flattened to rounded and irregular;
    Sulcus acusticus: ostial, heterosulcoid;
    Colliculum: heteromorph, very low anterior and posterior colliculi;
    Pseudocolliculum: absent;
    Ostium: elongate, slight dorsal flare, and ventral margin horizontal;
    Cauda: sinuate with ventral flexion;
    Ostio-caudal differentiation: dorso-ventrally constricted;
    Collum: absent, slight step to cauda;
    Crista superior: poorly developed over ostium;
    Crista inferior: well developed along length of sulcus, except at extremities;
