    Otolith shape: rhomboidal, very high;
    Thickness: thick;
    Form: -Mesial slightly convex;
    Form: -Lateral convex;
    Dorsal margin: angular and entire,;
    Dorsal margin sculpture: short and obtuse pre-dorsal spine;
    Ventral margin: slightly flat;
    Posterior margin: rounded, with a prominent dome dorsally, emarginated ventrally;
    Sulcus acusticus: ostial, heterosulcoid;
    Colliculum: heteromorph, low anterior and indistinct posterior colliculi;
    Pseudocolliculum: absent;
    Ostium: large and ovoid;
    Cauda: deep and wide, strongly flexed and ending close to ventral margin Intra-caudal crest present;
    Ostio-caudal differentiation: dorso-ventrally constricted;
    Collum: absent;
    Crista superior: poorly developed over ostium, ridge-like over anterior portion of the cauda;
