Corallite diameter

Arrangement of corallites within a colony and their spacing across the colony surface
 
Character State Definition Illustration
1.0-2.0 mm Corallites have a diameter in the range of 1.0-2.0 mm [example: Pavona sp.B]
2.0-3.0 mm Corallites have a diameter in the range of 2.0-3.0 mm [example: Agaricia grahamae]
3.0-4.0 mm Corallites have a diameter in the range of 3.0-4.0 mm [example: Gardineroseris planulata]
4.0-5.0 mm Corallites have a diameter in the range of 4.0-5.0 mm [example: Siderastrea mendenhalli]
